The Plug

"As a Talented Individual Programme scholar, I can say I am lucky enough to attend one of the best schools in Namibia, Windhoek Gymnasium, thanks to the scholarship I was offered. I am currently in Grade 11 and plan on going to Grade 12 next year, after which I plan on taking drama and education. My dream to study at the University of Cape Town remains on track, and my foundation is already rock solid, thanks entirely to a life-changing scholarship from the foundation.”

Exploring & Developing Talent

The Talented Individuals Programme (TIP) was established to serve as a bridge between young, talented individuals from low-income households and life-changing opportunities which ensure their meaningful participation in Namibia’s shared prosperity.

We are aware that securing funds to pursue higher education is not always easy, so we involve the private sector and other stakeholders looking to invest in the future of Namibia. Through this, we are able to grant beneficiaries with access to quality education and an all-encompassing support system for excellence, in and outside of school.

As a secondary learner, a TIP Fellow, you can look forward to a better future and a chance to contribute positively to society! To date, the TIP Programme has been massively successful, and teachers, community members and citizens continue to identify and refer talented learners.
